Who We Are

The Garcia Family Foundation was established in 2015 as a private philanthropic foundation in order to promote and enhance cultural, educational and artistic appreciation of the world. It is our purpose to support those persons and entities involved in these pursuits in order to develop and enhance the preservation, maintenance, research, interpretation, dissemination and charitable impact of cultural, educational, and artistic traditions and institutions in countries including but not limited to the United States and Brazil.

What We Do

We hope to inspire learning and in particular to motivate, help, and address underserved communities with financial needs to attain access to education, art and culture. To achieve this, we plan to support the work of nonprofit and charitable projects and institutions seeking to promote innovation and technology that improve communities’ knowledge and appreciation of education, creativity, arts, and culture and, in particular, low income communities with needs. The primary purpose being to cultivate, promote, foster, sponsor and develop among the general public, but in particular, young people in the United States and Brazil, an appreciation and understanding of cultural, natural, and artistic traditions and innovations, and to stimulate public awareness of the same.

Where We Work

We currently sponsor projects in both in the United States and Brazil, but we are not limited to theses two countries.
